Many employers (and businesses) are seeing a dramatic increase in requests for once-unusual accommodations under the ADA – never-ending bathroom breaks, full-time work from home gigs (where one must be present to win), and bizarre and sometimes disturbing service and emotional support animals from employees and customers alike.
